Bloompark founders include Peter Brogan, Lee Thomson. Together they have amassed more than four decades of project management experience and have completed extensive formal tertiary education in Building and Project Management.
Peter Brogan
Managing Director
Peter is a founding Director of Bloompark with 25 years experience, acting as a delivering senior executive across all Property, Asset, Facilities and Leasing sectors.
Peter has a unique and broad-spectrum skillset, covering master planning, pre-development, due diligence, highest and best use evaluation, concept, design development, documentation, commissioning, handover and ongoing asset management expertise.
Lee Thomson
Director
Lee is a founding Director of Bloompark who has successfully grown the business over the past 15 years.
Lee has worked as part of senior management teams responsible for project delivery with a broad base of experience in education, cultural infrastructure, aged care, commercial, heritage, industrial, and resource sector projects for the private and public sectors in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Italy.
