As Project Managers we engaged the same design team and head contractor to run concurrent Design and Construct work programmes, for the individual campus requirements, but within the same governance and reporting framework.
Live sites, with the safety of the students/staff and continuation of day to day operations were key objectives.
Being a ‘Not for Profit’, budget management and value realisation were primary drivers.
