Bloompark were engaged to provide Client-side Project Management services for the SHFA’s pipeline of refurbishment projects and the Museum of Contemporary Art upgrade.
Bloompark provided strategic Project Management advice, representing the Authority as Landowner. All works were undertaken in accordance with Government guidelines and budgetary requirements.
Extensive base building works were undertaken concurrently with the major extension project, all within a fully operational facility in the middle of one of Sydney’s most vibrant and busy precincts.
The building is now recognised as ‘Iconic’ within Australia’s creative arts sector.
