Bloompark is currently coordinating the development of MLC’s new Performing Arts and Sport Centre as well as future expansion to the existing Aquatic Centre.
The project has required extensive stakeholder and community engagement and consideration for causing minimal disruptions to school activities throughout the planning and construction phases.
Bloompark is guiding the design finalisation and construction (DF&C) process, ensuring a seamless staging and interface strategy with the existing facilities. The project follows a mini-master plan approach, with the PASC facility—a three-level building featuring indoor sports courts, a 400-seat theatre, and learning spaces for music and drama—set to commence construction in mid-2025.
The ACE development, planned for the early 2030s, involves the extension and refurbishment of the Aquatic Centre, introducing a new Learn-to-Swim (LTS) pool, fitness facilities, and additional learning spaces. Bloompark’s expertise ensures a structured and strategic approach to delivering these future-ready educational and recreational facilities.
