Bloompark were engaged to provide project management services for the successful delivery of Opal Healthcare Marsden Park, overseeing all stages from early works through to completion.
With 148 high-care bedrooms, extensive public and operational spaces, and a dedicated memory care precinct, the project required careful coordination of multiple stakeholders to maintain programme, budget, and quality objectives.
Our role included managing complex site constraints, integrating substantial rainwater harvesting infrastructure, and ensuring seamless execution of on-grade parking and landscaped courtyards. By proactively addressing challenges and maintaining clear communication between consultants, contractors, and client representatives, we ensured a smooth and timely handover of this essential community facility.
