This project was a major undertaking for the client to re-orientate the senior school campus to the North.
Delivered on a cornified site, strategic planning and sequencing of the works was developed and delivered by the project team to ensure nil loss of school amenity over a period of 4 years.
This enabled the state-of-the-art Music Centre (including studios, peripatetic rooms and GLA’s) , 80 space car park, 4 level learning hub (including TAS workshops, Art studios, STEM spaces and GLA’s), new factifies building, and bus drop off/pick up road dissecting the campus from North to South.
