Key project for the College to replace the 75 year old outdoor pool and memorial. The project consisted of a heated FINA standard 50m, 10 lane outdoor pool and gym facilities to serve the students for the next 50 years.
High level planning required due to confined site constraints, minimising the down time of no pool on campus, and the challenges of a COVID delivered site with 2022 weather events.
“Live” site complexity in a fully operational boarding environment was a key consideration for the project, as Bloompark successfully managed on other projects over 12 years at the College.
